Executive, Hub Delivery Operations

We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, a creative problem-solver and is self-motivated. As a Hub Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring co-ordinated delivery for everything going through our sorting hub (i.e. parcels etc) and delivery partners. In our goals of expediting the delivery process, you will be utilising our in-house technology platforms and need to be comfortable adapting to new technology systems and processes.

This role will be on a full-time basis based out of our office at Tampines North Dr. 1, #03-38 T-Space Building, Singapore 528559 and you will be reporting daily to the Operations Manager.

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

The bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Manage sorting of parcels ensuring all parcels are sorted and cleared in an accurate and timely manner; if needed, get your hands dirty and sort too
- Plan and coordinate driver parcel allocations and routes for both First mile and Last mile requirements; this happens daily, re-plan when operations do not go as intended
- Be the “owner” of parcels, ensuring you maintain clarity on movements, and reasons for parcels being left in hub; execute follow up actions as needed i.e.: re-delivery, disposal
- Maintain communication with various teams: customer care, delivery agents, digital forwarding teams - ensuring co-ordinated delivery and high SLA metric
- Understand operational processes, and propose improvements - whatever it takes to give our customers the best delivery experience ever

- Basic Gsuite skills
- Able to comprehend data, and use it to propose solutions
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organisation to scale quickly Willingness to learn and develop skills needed for the role
- Have a hands-on mentality Comfortable adapting to new technologies Good communication skills

Multilingual Good team player with a can-do attitude Strong knowledge of parcel delivery operations Passion to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels certificate
- 0-2 years of working experience
