About the Team:
The Contingent Workforce Management team is responsible for ByteDance's Policy formulation and system construction related to contingent workforce worldwide, providing comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of a contingent workforce management system, encompassing functions such as recruitment, budget planning, onboarding/offboarding, billing, supplier performance management, and data analysis dashboards. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and work with engineering teams to design and manage the development process;
- Work closely with various teams managing upstream and downstream systems to deliver optimal system solutions that align with business needs;
- Oversee the launch and promotion of key functional modules, ensuring they meet business objectives and contribute to the achievement of established goals;
- Drive improvements in system efficiency and user experience, leading initiatives to enhance contingent workforce management efficiency and compliance over time;Utilize deep industry knowledge and an understanding of market-related products to provide insights that inform system development strategy and decision-making.

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Computer Science or a related field;
- 5+ years in B2B product design, with hands-on experience in building platforms from the ground up;
- Strong independent product planning and design capabilities, with a knack for deep analysis and problem-solving;
- Proficient in data analysis, product prototyping, and system interaction;Skilled in writing clear and comprehensive business documents and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems;
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive approach to learning;Excellent communication skills paired with an amicable personality, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
