Restaurant Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of all products.
- Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and arrange for repairs as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in Western cuisine is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good financial management and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
