**Assistant Marketing Associate**

1. Job Overview:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
- Maintain and update databases for marketing contacts and leads, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and other marketing metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines.

2. Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management is a bonus, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From $3,100.00 per month
