**Your Responsibilities**:
You’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking for the right gear for their next snowy adventure, hike, or journey. This isn’t just retail, this is passion in action
- Delight customers with expert advice, especially around hiking and winter gear.
- Manage your sport department - from stock to merchandising.
- ❄️ Share your love for outdoor adventures and help others get kitted out for theirs.

**Requirements**:
