We're looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in Singapore and be the go-to person for all things reporting, like the company's annual financial statements.

You'll be implementing robust financial controls, collaborating across regions, and developing scalable accounting automation to support our teams around the world.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process, and preparing management accounts for Revolut Singapore's Technologies and Securities entities
- Preparing financial and regulatory reporting, and providing commercial and operational management information to support rapid global expansion
- Owning the general ledger and building an objective understanding for its underlying transactions
- Enhancing the balance sheet substantiation process in coordination with the group's program and tools
- Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
- Preparing year-end and statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS accounting standards
- Assisting in tax and regulatory reporting requirements, including CMS forms
- Aligning financial data for the region from various finance ERP systems, including roll outs, harmonising business processes, and providing visibility of operations across products
- Building a highly scalable and efficient accounting and finance function

**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of post-qualified experience in audit and finance functions
- Accounting expertise using Singapore FRS and IFRS standards
- Experience in month-end-close, as well as financial and regulatory reporting
- Experience in process automation and control optimisation
- A proven track record of turning high volumes of transactional data into financial analytics and/or reports (data extraction, mapping, improving data-driven processes, etc.)
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries
- Excellent organisation skills to plan and organise work efficiently and effectively
- The ability to comprehend and narrate financial records to external stakeholders
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Great documentation and spreadsheet skills

**Nice to have**
- Experience within a financial services company with cross-functional, multinational teams
- Experience using NetSuite
- Data manipulation knowledge using SQL and/or Python
