OneWorld IT Rental is an international brand with 9 Locations across 7 Countries. OWR provides technology for corporate events and is looking for a friendly, proactive Logistics coordinator / controller who has good experience working in b2b operations and logistics in a very fast paced office environment.

One World Rental is looking for a friendly, motivated and professional individual to join a growing team, be responsible for processing orders, clarifying details, liaising internally to ensure seamless execution of projects and coordinating multiple products simultaneously, coordinating projects and have a business all-rounder approach in ensuring operations and logístical administration are handled.

The position is located at the One World IT Rental Asia Pte Ltd - Novelty Techpoint close to Bartley

This is a highly varied role and will require someone who is exceptionally organised in their day to day working routine and have exceptional attention to detail working across multiple systems to ensure the complete events cycle. The successful applicant will have exception telephone and writing skills.

This is an extremely unique role in a company who offer a very niche event technology service. This role will suit someone who is outgoing and able to manage a very busy workload, multi-task and work flawlessly under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Oversee projects, deliveries and events Domestically with a curve to move into international project management and logistics roles
- Basic in-house admin for Book-keeping and resource filing purposes.
- Liaising with courier companies and logistics administration, Including setting up of paperwork for conventions and event sites
- Supporting Customer services issues
- Prioritize and problem solving in time sensitive situations
- Improving current Logistical processes and suggesting solutions for improvement
- Working in tandem with Operations lead to provide the best possible solution for meeting project needs
- Monitoring Pipelines to segregate shipments based on customer needs to streamline workflow

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Singapore National
- Full Passport and Vaccine status
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Previous international and local logistics experience in sea and air freight a plus
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- IT background is a plus
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Be able to manage time sensitive deliveries
- Creative and Flexible thinker with good foresight to be able to do itemized segregation and allocation as needed

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business and to be a key part of a dedicated team. Confidence in working independently is essential. Permanent part time role available up to $18/Hr for rostered days. Training will be provided on the job

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
