The responsibilities of the Marine Human Resource Officer include but are not limited to the following:
- To provide the HR specialist Guidance and support for the management of the seafarers.
- Liaising with the, Glasgow, Aberdeen, India, Philippines, Indonesian and other offices as required on manning issues relating to employees and activities in support of company’s crewing operations.
- Prepare and administer Seafarer’s Employment Agreement and all related documents.
- Ensure Full compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure internal processes are reviewed and updated regularly, produce recommendations for process efficiencies and improvements.
- Ensure, Appraisals, disciplinary process are fully compliant and completed in time.
- Updating Software systems with Seafarers details. Tracking and Filing of other associated documents
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.
- To assist and attend to queries in terms of Crew Management services as directed.
- Attend to all HR personnel related matters as directed.
- Attend and provide input to meetings and management reporting.
- To maintain confidentiality and observe Data Protection guidelines
- Work with Payroll Team as directed.
- Other tasks and project related work as directed.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
