**Server (Waiter/Waitress)**

**Working Location**: East - Upper Changi Road (Nearest MRT: Tanah Merah / Upper Changi MRT)
**Working Hours**: 6 days per week, 11 hours per day (including OT)
**Salary Package**:

- **Basic Salary**: Up to SGD 2,000/month
- **Gross Salary**: Up to SGD 2,900/month (including OT)

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Type of Establishment**: Halal-Certified Restaurant

**Key Responsibilities**

As a **Server (Waiter/Waitress)**, you will be the face of Sari Rasa, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and seating customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations, and answering customer inquiries.
- Serving food and beverages efficiently while adhering to presentation and quality standards.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Preparing and maintaining the dining area, including setting tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Assisting with handling payments, including cash, credit card, or mobile transactions.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Upholding quality, excellent service, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Complying with MUIS Halal Certification requirements.
- Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Job Requirements**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays, and public holidays.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Possession of a food hygiene certificate is a plus.
