**Key Responsibilities**
Handles commercial, residential and medical portfolio of Pontiac Land Group.
To ensure that all A&A and AEI Projects meet the high quality and distinctive architectural standards of Pontiac Land Group, and within TQC (Time, Quality, Cost) requirements
To prepare and manage project budgets, and constantly seek improvements in cost management / savings
To identify, select and establish good working relationships with consultants and suppliers with right capabilities to meet our TQC requirements.
To plan and monitor project deliverables, and ensure effective management of consultants & suppliers to fulfil all contractual obligations
To work in close consultation with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive review of all user requirements
Review project contractual terms and conditions with internal Legal Department
Monitor of construction works on site and also to manage post construction asset transition, DLP and warranty issues
To seek continuous improvements through value engineering and other methods, and identify synergistic opportunities within the Group, e.g group tendering for economies of scale
**Key Requirements**
Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction or M&E
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with property developers / consultants
Familiarity with local building codes and authorities’ approval procedures
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
Good interpersonal skills, especially dealing with customers / tenants
