Role Description:
This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. E Beauty Wellness and Slimming Centre Pte. **Responsibilities**:
1. Trainee will have a good understanding on the products and services we offer thus allowing trainee to assist clients in any questions they may have

2. Trainee will be able to schedule appointments and walk ins

Trainee will be able to adapt to any last minute changes and take action accordingly

3. Trainee will be able to handle any queries customer has

Trainee will be able to handle any complaints and grievances that customer has

Trainee will be able to build rapport with customer ensuring customer comes back

4. Trainee will be able to handle any operational tasks such as upkeep of storefront

Trainee will be able to handle employees on the floor ensuring everyone is working efficiently
