**Poste et missions**:** Main Responsibilities**:
The role will report to the Head of Accounting, Asia Pacific and is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting functions APAC Shared Services team.
The scope of the shared service team includes the following:

- Daily nostro and suspense account reconciliation, review and resolve daily system rejects, reconciliation of accounting and inventory balances, posting month-end closing entries and perform group reporting for Natixis Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Labuan and Australia;
- Natixis Australia and Labuan - provide full finance and accounting service which include payment, entries posting, month-end close, tax filing, forecast/budgeting, group/management reporting and regulatory reporting;
- Payment function for Natixis Hong Kong
- Control of Representative Offices accounting reporting

The duty of the role is listed below:

- To manage APAC Shared Services team of 4 employees, overseeing day-to-day BAU, interacting with other stakeholders (HO and local Accounting, Back Office and IT team) to ensure breaks/issues are resolved.
- Interact with the finance team of Singapore, Hong Kong, China and the management of Labuan and Australia for accounting service matter.
- To establish the accounting policies and control procedures and review/update on a periodic basis.
- To streamline work process and initiate automation for process efficiency
- To support regional/ bank wide new projects/ initiatives and ad-hoc operational and financial inquiries and analysis.
- To handle Hong Kong quarterly group reporting and weekly/monthly reconciliation of accounting and inventory balances.
- To handle China weekly/monthly reconciliation of accounting and inventory balances
- Reviewer of Natixis Australia and Labuan accounting process which are described in point 2 above. Act as the Finance Manager for Natixis Australia.
- Review Representative Offices accounting report

**Required Skills**:

- At least 8 years working experience in banking finance and accounting department and 3 years in team lead/supervisor role;
- Experience in accounting firm and IT transformation project is an added advantage
- Relevant accounting/business degree
- Good interpersonal and leadership skill
