**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Core Banking (Temenos T24 transact) program/project and initiatives in Asia System Office (ASO). Plan and oversee T24 developments and identification of systems requirements.
- Manage the gathering and assessing of technical requirements to be translated into technical design documents for T24. Recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
- Provide T24 technical and functional guidance and hands-on support, including but not limited to, the following activities
- Review and ensure Systems Management Procedures are adhered, follow up with respective parties to ensure compliance and governance.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to team throughout systems implementation stages and during incident investigation.
- Manage the open issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. (Root cause analysis, temporary workaround, permanent fix)
- Draft project plans and manage the project timeline especially for technical phases.
- Review existing IT platform build, developed processes, system performance, potential bottlenecks; provide improvement plan progressively.
- Technical implementation and best use of TEMENOS Client services tools
- Interface fine tuning and improve interface performance
- Improve exception handling. Develop program to handle failure scenarios
- Oversee the preparation of communications and make presentations to stakeholders on opportunities and constraints of processes and systems.
- Deal with senior stakeholders (Inc. external vendors) and drive the technical issue management meeting

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong team management experience of large team size, especially offshore development centre
- Must have banking experience
- Strong stakeholder experience
- Experience in managing mid-large sized T24 projects and ability to work with senior stakeholders and distributed teams
- Possesses experience and acts as a Subject Matter Expert with good knowledge in the following:

- Experience in T24 Technical and Functional Area and Development
- Familiar with library management (version control) and best practices in DevOps
- Experience in Project Life Cycle from inception, analysis, development, testing and implementation (SDLC methodologies and Agile is preferred)
- Be analytical and applies critical thinking toward examining systems and design requirements, open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimize systems, arriving at sound decisions and solutions.
- Deep dive, problem solving, RCA and systemic thinking to reach to the cause of issues
- A strong leader who is able to communicate his/her ideas persuasively and sustain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
- Experienced in working with and growing geo-distributed teams will be an advantage
