**2 Job scope**

**A、 Network Engineer**
- Responsible for the Transmission network including service implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Responsible for IP platform monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance like IP-Transit and IPVPN network.
- Lead, supervise and organize project executions, monitor progress for on-time completion of projects.
- Work with vendors and team members to troubleshoot issues related to the operations.
- Upkeep service efficiency and customers satisfaction levels through service SLA.
- Participate in 24/7 on call rotation, major incidents and reviews.

**B、IDC Engineer**
- Responsible for the management &technical support of servers/routers/switches/network in Data Center environment
- Configuration changes of the network and debug of Data Center network, fault troubleshooting, system installation and configuration, equipment operation in Data Center
- Management of DC Capacity Specification and proactively detect & resolve potential issue related to DC Network or Servers
- Perform changes to system services and configuration

**C、 Pre-Sales Technical support**
- Responsible for providing pre-sales support and technical consultation, providing differentiated network services for customers, putting forward custom-oriented service support needs and solutions, and providing customized solutions;
- Responsible for the verification of customer project network resources in the region and service support during sales;
- Responsible for the support of pre-sales solution formulation of cross-domain customer projects, and bid response of major projects;
- According to the completed technical solutions of the client's projects, ensure the timely implementation and delivery of the projects;
- Responsible for resource cost evaluation and business benefit evaluation;
- Responsible for the selection, bidding and acceptance of customer engineering equipment;
- Responsible for regional and cross-regional (IB/OB major projects) pre-sales technical support, cooperate with business departments to communicate with users, share data, technical coordination and other work;
- Responsible for organizing the preparation of the technical scheme of the system integration project, the preparation and explanation of the bidding documents, and the answering of users' questions, etc.;
- Corresponding system: BSP (plan making and benefit evaluation); IB/OB account of OSS system (business initiation or reception);
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

**3、 Management Trainee requirements**

We are looking for Management Trainees to train and develop into future management roles within the company.

1. Degree or above, or student in their last year of university who can fulfill at least 6 months of management trainee program.

2. Dedicated, law-abiding, honest and self-disciplined, keep business secrets, have good professional ethics, good integrity record, without violation of rules and other bad records.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and learning ability.

4. Bilingual (Chinese & English)

**4、 Salary Range**

1. $2,000 -$4,000 per month in the first 6 months for Management Trainee

2. Once confirmed salary will be adjusted after HR assessment according to market rate
