**_Project Associate - Singapore (On Site)_**
- The Legal Tech Platform Initiative is a multi-year initiative of the Ministry of Law to drive the digitalisation of the Singapore legal services market. At its core is the Legal Tech Platform, powered by Lupl. It's an exciting time for legal technology and, as Project Associate, you'll play a key role in transforming the sector._

**_Reporting to:_**:

- Customer Success & Community Manager (APAC)_

**_Key Responsibilities_**

**_ 1. Customer Communication_**
- _Redirect complex issues or technical problems to the appropriate team members._

**_2. _**_Administrative Support_**
- _Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system._
- _Assist in tracking and reporting customer feedback to the team._
- _Provide support on day-to-day aspects of the relationship with MinLaw._

**_3. _**_Engagement & Retention Support_**
- _Monitor customer activity and flag any potential issues or opportunities for engagement._
- _Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and encourage retention._

**_4. _**_Product_**
- _Undertake research tasks on potential LTP features_
- _Gather requirements and documentation_

**_5. Collaboration_**
- _Work closely with the global team to provide seamless support for clients._
- _Assist with preparing resources to support existing and new customers, where applicable._
- _Assist with community-building activities, such as webinars or local events, where applicable._

**_Qualifications_**

**_ Education_**_: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Marketing, Business, or a related field._

**_ Skills_**_:_
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills._
- _Basic organizational and time management abilities._
- _Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)._
- _Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role._
