Registered with Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore, as well as providing digital exams for world-renowned examination boards from the UK. Through her dedication to providing quality music education, the school has grown through word-of-mouth recommendation through the years.
Today, Sonare Music School is a popular music hub in Sengkang with an expansive retail space as well as studios to continue offering excellent lessons at good value to people of all ages and from all walks of life.

**Job Description**:

- Sonare Music School is looking for outspoken and diligent individuals with good organisational and communication skills to join our warm admin and retail team.

**Saturday and/or Sunday commitment is required**
- Retail of music instruments, related accessories, lessons, books etc.
- Student-related admin duties (ie. scheduling, registration for exams etc.)
- Cashiering functions (ie issuing receipts for transactions, opening and closing shop accounts)
- Communications with students, teachers, walk-in and online customers
- Maintaining inventory and CRM records, responding to enquiries on social media
- Support e-commerce activities by handling product listings, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries.
- Accounting duties
- Housekeeping duties (cleaning display items, stock arrangement)
- Stock and display organisation
- Other operational ad-hoc duties (eg. Basic music instrument servicing)
- Off-day on weekday

Job requirements:

- Able to work on weekends
- No minimum qualifications or work experience required
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.)
- Good organisational skills
- Good interpersonal/ communication skills to work with students/parents, co-worker and teachers
- Interest in music, or music knowledge is encouraged/preferred
- Any other miscellaneous skills (eg. photo-editing, social media, graphic design etc.)
