**Descriptions**:
- Assist in the overall technical management (webmaster) of website, including on-going management and development to maintain and grow the website’s usage and effectiveness.
- Provide in-house counsel and expertise to other webmasters within platform and design development, as well as provide guidance to ensure a harmonised and consistent brand image and corporate identity.
- Serve as a first point of contact for resolution between the webmasters in the cluster and the IT maintenance/ development team.
- Involved in the daily management of the E-newsletter outreach programme and expansion as well as the development of design for the website, e-news and collaterals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with SaaS platforms, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Good creative sense and strong understanding of UX/UI design for web and mobile
- Basic programming skills and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics will be an advantage
- Able to multi-task and deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines
- Meticulous and independent individual with good interpersonal skills
- Good time management and project management skills are essential
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
