Position Overview:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, as Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts at our four restaurants. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive footfall to our various outlets. Your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for F&B will be key assets as you work to create compelling promotions, events, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our F&B offerings and special events
- Provide quality copywriting for social media, marketing campaigns, and press releases
- Manage social media accounts - scheduling and posting
- Collaborate with graphic designers and agencies for visually appealing marketing materials
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies for business objectives
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in F&B and marketing
- Manage customer feedback and reviews, maintaining a positive online reputation
- Coordinate and execute online/offline promotional events for enhanced brand awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition for brand relevance
- Secure sponsorships, prepare event decks and proposals
- Ensure smooth event coordination and execution
- Handle other ad hoc duties to support marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven marketing experience of 2-3 years, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and adeptness in content creation
- Ability to craft basic marketing visuals using tools like CANVA or Photoshop
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
