Job Description:

- Greet and engage with customers entering the store.
- Assist customers in product selection by providing information on product features, benefits, and availability.
- Provide detailed information about products to customers, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
- Offer alternatives when specific products are unavailable.
- Maintain the store's visual standards by ensuring that products are stocked, displayed, and organized according to company guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and inform the management of any discrepancies or reordering needs.
- ü Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Work in harmony with other staff members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Promote current sales, offers, and promotions to customers.
- Operating of POS systems

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, especially in games & toys, is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel seasons.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
