We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Specialist, Credit Control.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

This resource will work full-time on Brokers channel for the following tasks:

- Mange/liaise with Brokers for the outstanding debt collection
- Sending monthly statements of accounts (SOAs)/ commission statement
- Review and carrying out any required reconciliation checks of premium/Brokerage/GST on brokerage/ incentive payments against outstanding debts before arranging pay out to Broker
- Working closely with offshore office to ensure receipt of payments and matching receipts against accounting system balances processed accurately and timely.
- Addressing queries relating to statement balances and cash settlements
- Analyse unsettled balances from older years, identifying actions to be taken in reducing bad debt balances
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience relating to Technical Accounting, administration work in Credit Control
- Good knowledge of Insurance, Accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent team player
- Good task and timeline management
- Good communication skills (able to liaise with multiple counterparties efficiently)
- Meticulous and proactive in following up on pending items, and in documenting working files
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent with a self-starter mindset
