The Role Responsibilities
Basic Responsibility
Work closely together with various risk owners to ensure the products offering comply with the regulatory and risk governance frameworks.
Have strong risk governance mindset on all capital market products activities across segments and geographies. This will include developing, reviewing policies and global standards in processes, documentation and controls with a view to substantially scale up the business.
Cross product coverage among CMPS Group Product Management team including Cash Equities, FX, Rates, Commodities & OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income and Structured Products.
Cash Equities
Manage regular update of activities in relation to SDU & TDS.
Handle transfer-in related matters.
Manage the CSPR reports and follow up (along with country follow-up) & daily price movement report activities.
Manage routine tasks of EQT and Online Equities related matters.
Other tasks (e.g. Quarterly SI AUM gathering activity [for PvB and Retail] etc).
Assist Group Product Manager with ongoing projects and initiatives (as needed).
Processes
Develop processes and systems to ensure delivery of best in class products and services crystallized through segment led value proposition.
Develop standards and policies with respect to product providers, third party investment products sold through the SCB network and processes controlling the sale of products to all customer segments.
Risk Management
Embed a risk culture that supports the Bank’s strategy and philosophy for the management of risk.
Ensure that effective arrangements are in place within WM in the region for the prevention of money laundering in line with the Group Policy and Standards, respective country regulatory guidelines and local legal requirements. In particular, ensure that the obligations on reporting suspicious activities are met.

At all times have an awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
