**Role**:
We are on the lookout for a New Business Manager with brand management experience. The most important thing we are looking for is someone who has a hungry mind that wants to try new things. Asks for forgiveness rather than for permission. This person would need to be able to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams and they must be self-starters - taking the initiative to lead, strategise and execute pitches. This will require a high level of aptitude for working with strategy and creative teams, as well as direct relations with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative / Operations**
- Define a business offering within the local Singaporean and wider SEA markets
- Manage pitch delivery against timelines and budgets, ensuring profitability of pitch is maintained and to deliver projects in the most cost efficient manner
- Identify all relevant materials ie case studies, credentials, etc, working closely with respective stakeholders to ensure output meets all pitch requirements.

**Business**
- Key role in profiling, researching and identifying prospective clients.
- Knowledge of rival agencies and how to promote our agency uniquely and strategically
- Monitor the new business pipeline and leads, working closely with the NBIZ lead to develop short-term results and long-term strategy for new business both on clients and prospects
- Understanding of P/L and is involved in forecasting conversations, playing a key supporting role in managing the New Business Pipeline.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Identify and build effective and positive relationships with potential partners, relevant authorities, industry stakeholders, and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders and agency partners on relevant submission materials. Creative
- Identify good and bad work (not just what the client wants) and provides POVs on how to elevate the creative work
- Present and sell small-scale campaign ideas
- Cognisant of recent award winning works/industry best practices

**Strategy & Creative**
- Anticipate and address client requirements and potential issues. Demonstrate knowledge of the Client’s business and the issues they face: know what questions to ask, and push for
- Understand and leverage the agency’s capabilities, research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry
- Understanding of industry trends and their impact on client and company’s businesses
- Cognisant of recent aware winning works/industry best practices

**Digital**
- In depth understanding of platforms - latest digital and social platforms, channels and formats.
- Knowledge around high-level social and digital trends.
- Good understanding of structuring digital and social projects and teams
- Initial high-level understanding of building digital and social leaning SOWs.

**Job Specifications**

1. Knowledge and Experiences Required
- 3-5 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of creative processes
- Leadership experience in managing an account servicing team
- Sound financial planning and budget management experience

2. Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- The ability to multi-task and provide holistic leadership support across a range of clients

- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects

- Experience working across the tourism, travel, luxury and/or automotive industry, an advantage
- This role reports directly to the New Business Lead in TBWA\ Singapore._
