DOHE are seeking experienced and qualified Coaches to deliver coaching to EdTech business Founders on the Go-Together EdTech Accelerator, a 26-week programme designed to support innovative startups in the EdTech space.

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching Founders across the world to meet their objectives and become more successful. Your goal will be to deliver effective coaching that helps accelerate 200 startups in 2025 and contributes to DOHE's long-term mission of transforming education through technology.

**The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator**:
Go-Together is a 26-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 6 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of coaching. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

**Requirements**:
**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Support the Founder and Expert in setting acceleration objectives.
- Provide 20 weeks of one-to-one coaching sessions with the client to help them to achieve their key objectives.
- Assess clients’ current business practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Complete and submit comprehensive, insightful weekly coaching reports using Navigator’s template.
- Attend occasional briefing and catch-up sessions with relevant programme managers.
- Provide regular feedback on the process.

We estimate 90 minutes of coaching and reporting, requiring an approximate time commitment of 2 hours a week over the 20 weeks of acceleration.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised Coaching qualification
- Business and Startup coaching experience, ideally within technology

**Desirable**
- Coaching experience in the EdTech sector
