**Key Roles**and Responsibilities**
- This role shall conduct water / non-water (organic) sample analysis for internal & external customers. Other tasks include report preparations, reagent preparations, calibrations, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Follow the ISO17025 requirement in carrying out sample analysis from both internal and external customers.
- Conduct proper data input into the laboratory documentation system to ensure traceability.
- Calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy of results and maintain good conditions.
- Assist in maintain lab safety and risk assessment.
- Preparation of reagents and standards as required for testing
- Maintain good housekeeping, proper waste disposal, and overall compliance to safety regulations.
- Participate in quality related activities (measurement uncertainty establishments, hands-on demonstration for audit, etc.).

**Qualifications,** Skills & Experience**
- Background in Science / Engineering or equivalent
- Working experience in an accredited analytical laboratory testing environment is an advantage.
- Independent, self-initiated, positive attitude, and able to deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Familiar with laboratory environment.
- Passionate, responsible, and take pride in work.
- Good team player and willingness to learn and adopt new ideas.
- Common computer skills (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel).
