**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the trainer team to design, deliver and upgrade the platform knowledge base and training content, work closely with the product teams to promote platform product functionalities.
- Collaborate with departmental goals, undertake related operational needs and specialized demands, coordinate team resources to ensure delivery of expected targets and projects.
- Lead the team in devising operational strategies and plans, design key metric systems.
- Analyze data from promotion and training to identify opportunities for enhancing learnability and usability. Collaborate with relevant teams to set stage-by-stage optimization goals, drive project completion, and jointly achieve optimization results.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with intensive experience in the internet industry. Relevant experience in B2B product management or operations. Experience in User VOC research analysis or consultancy management is essential. A profound understanding of user operations and user experience, with English as a working language.
- At least 3 years of team management experience.
- Rigorous logical thinking, coupled with both quantitative and qualitative analysis skills. Experience in designing and building performance metric systems is necessary.
- Strong project control and exceptional project delivery capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for cross-departmental, cross-role interactions. Strong ability to interact and collaborate with people.
- High sense of responsibility, strong stress resilience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Open to changes, eager to accept challenges, and committed to continuous learning.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cross-border team management is a plus.
