**Job Title: Sales Merchandise**
**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring product visibility, availability, and promotional execution at retail outlets. This role involves building strong relationships with store personnel, optimizing shelf space, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to the established call plan and coverage frequency.
- Ensure product displays and shelves are fully stocked, visually attractive, and meet brand merchandising standards.
- Place point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays as required.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute promotional campaigns and ensure correct pricing and product placement.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff to secure additional display space and favorable product placement.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on merchandising activities, stock levels, and sales performance.Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by ensuring optimal product availability and visibility.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum **GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC**or equivalent qualification.
- **1-2 years of relevant experience**in sales, merchandising, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with store personnel effectively.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to various retail locations daily.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Work Conditions**:
- 5 day work week
- Field-based role with daily travel to retail outlets.
- May require carrying and arranging display materials or product samples.
