**Responsibilities**
- Analyse sales figures, customer feedbacks and research on market trends to anticipate product needs & plan produce stocks.
- Assist to Plan and Develop Merchandising strategies, produce layout plans for store and also maintain store inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and prepare monthly markdowns, promotions, price changes.
- Ensure that the shop and products are well-presented and in accordance to brand and visual merchandising identity.
- Assist in the company's buying activities through the preparation of order lists and other relevant tasks.
- Visit outlets to gather feedback from sales personnel and touch base with customers to gather information that will be used to present a comprehensive merchandise plan for the store.
- Carry out relevant research to ensure a comprehensive buying strategy.
- Liaise with brand partners for stock ordering and stock inquiries.
- Keep update to market trends and changes in customer demand.
- Generate daily/ weekly reports.
- To attend ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fashion / Beauty / Merchandising
- Womenswear and fashion experience is preferred
- Skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess the ability to initiate solutions and suggestions
