**Responsibilities**:
- This role is responsible for user growth and Earn and Loan volume growth in APAC.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, AMA for the purpose of user growth and product growth in CEE, EU and the UK.
- Utilize local promotional and communication channels such as paidads, meetups to achieve goals.
- Explore marketing collaboration opportunities and external resources with external partners such as KOL and token partners.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams for marketing plan execution and cross-sell campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth through data analysis.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, defi protocols, channel marketing, or user growth.
- Deep understanding of APAC markets and crypto trends.
- Great logical thinking, communication skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
- Solid Understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn and Loan Products and Services, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies and trends.
- Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and writing skills.
