The Executive will be a valued member of the team supporting NNI-Neuroscience Academic Clinical Programme (ACP); and is responsible for the following duties:

- Support administration matters, funding management and institutional governance of Neuroscience ACP to advance our agenda and goals in alignment with SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medicine Centre (AMC).
- Support in coordinating the end-to-end process for Academic Appointments, Promotionsand Tenure as well as academic visits, in partnership with external and internal stakeholders.
- Support in organising NNI Neuroscience ACP events including but not limited to NNI-Neuroscience ACP Townhall, Neuroscience Academic Hour, Research Day, Education Day, Innovation Day.
- Support in designing, implementing and reviewing initiatives to foster closer collaboration across disciplines, professions and institutions, as well as encourage cross-pollination of ideas and catalyse innovation.
- Support in implementing and reviewing policies, processes, governance controls and forms/templates to enhance operational efficacy and ensure audit trail as well as accountability, including but not limited to monitoring appropriate collection, usage, safeguarding and disposal of assets and data.
- Support in performing Secretariat duties for platforms involving but not limited to ACP Executive Committee, National Neuroscience Research Institute Singapore (NNRIS), NNI-Neuroscience ACP Innovation Committee.
- Support the Senior Manager, Office of Academic Affairs in harmonising and synergising strategies and operations across various arms/functions of NNI Neuroscience ACP including but not limited to coordinating programmes to support/incentivise education, research, innovation, global health, inter-professional collaboration, undergraduate/postgraduate engagement and other academic activities.
- Any other assigned duties to advance SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medicine agenda, including but not limited to supporting the administration and operations of Neuroscience ACP arms/functions (Research, Education, Global Health, FacultyMatters, Clinical and Systems Innovation etc)

- High level of proficiency in in video-conferencing tools and Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
