Our client is a well-known Electronic Automation Company who is represented in Singapore with a fully owned subsidiary for more than 25 years and has a well-established infrastructure locally.

They are currently in the process of setting up a R&D Competence Center in Singapore to better cope with the arising global market demand. The new R&D Competence Center will start its operations in the already existing infrastructure in Singapore.

The focus of the new R&D Competence Center in Singapore will lay on the business areas of sensor technology and power electronics for serving the energy, building and factory sectors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience in Electronic Automation.

**Your scope of tasks & responsibilities**
- Support the design of analog discreet sensors under the guidance of Team Lead / Senior Engineers, with a focus in embedded software architecture design.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for integrated circuits.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Work closely with the relevant team to ensure seamless integration of the developed algorithms into the overall IC design flow.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product development.
- Collaboration in international activities relevant for the development of the Business Unit
- Keep track relevant technological developments in the areas of Sensors and Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)

**Your professional profile -qualifications & competences-**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and integrated circuit architecture
- University degree in the field of Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Innovative spirit and passion for sensor-based topics, technologies and trends
- Self-motivated and proactive working attitude and a good team player
- Strong communication and persuasion skills at different stakeholder levels
- High methodical and social competence as well as the ability to moderate dynamic group processes
- Experienced in working with international companies, preferable German companies
- Fluent in English - German language skills would be an advantage
