Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Trust & Safety team is dedicated to building a safe environment for users to discover and create on content platforms. As a Strategy Operation Manager on our T&S team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, policy managers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant stakeholders to support business planning, develop team-wide operational best practices, and drive for key strategy implementation.

**In this role, you will**:

- Act as the main POC for LIVE Safety to liaise with regional teams and drive localization efforts;
- Identify and assess potential safety issues in LIVE and work with cross-functional partners to develop and implement solutions;
- Collect internal and external user feedback regarding our safety practices on TikTok LIVE via multiple channels and come up with actionable product and operational recommendations;
- Provide program management support for complex regional projects impacting LIVE.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in the technology industry/consulting/risk management/journalism, preferably with industry experience in livestream;
- Excellent project management, communication, and execution skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent, and resilient;
- Experience in data analysis, comfortable with interpreting data metrics;
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
