**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in IT discipline or equivalent relevant IT experience
- ITIL foundation certification is preferred
- Cloud computing
- Good track record in implementing IT projects and Digital initiatives, preferably in financial industry
- At least 10 years working experience and 5 years in management capacity
- Strong appreciation of latest technologies, strategies and innovative approaches to help transform the business
- Familiar with managing technologies such as Oracle database, Java, REST APIs & Cloud (AWS & Office365)
- Strong ability to influence and manage vendors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

**Job Descriptions**
- Delivery of IT plan on target and within budget
- Ownership of IT roadmap and prioritization process.
- Manage IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and evaluating alternative business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and vendors;
- Plan and organize the resources and capacity required to ensure smooth operation of the systems and infrastructure;
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, which will maximize the returns for the business;
- Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance in line with MAS regulations
- Lead and manage IT function to provide effective services to support day to day business operation
- Ensure monitoring and control of IT spend
- Develop and manage the IT roadmap and driven automation/digitalization of the company
- Carry out evaluation and assessment of new technologies with business cases for the purchase of new technologies and/or system developments to deliver business initiatives
- Establish metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and protocols
- Ensure the development and, if necessary, successful implementation of disaster recovery and contingency plans
- Managing supplier and vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to group policies in this regard
- Carry out regular review and monitoring activities to ensure compliance to MAS TRM, IT policies and IT security
- Provide periodic reporting as required by management, including monthly management report, Board and Risk.
- Contribute to the capture, dissemination and embedding of best practices in technology management through networking, compliance with knowledge management practice and promotion of new and better ways of working
- Contribute to the identification, assessment and management of technology risks in Singapore
