We are exploring the possibility of having a role for offshore hook-up and completion lead based in Singapore with key responsibilities for planning and follow-up of the OSS Hook-up and completion as well as the wind turbine hook-up and completion. This includes:
Offshore sub-station responsible until handover to Operations

Liase with marine coordinators with respect to marine activities on the field Responsible for planning, prioritization, execution and coordination of CC work on all FWTs

Daily planning and coordination meetings

EQN on-scene commander for incidents on OSS and later also WTGs

Perform notifications and Synergi registration

OSS scope HAZOP review, SJA and TBT

Formal communication towards sub-contractors relevant for Hook-up and Commissioning scope

Pre-approve/approve work permits

Subcontractor and personnel allocation In cooperation with OSS Manager

Support/lead offshore hook up and support contracting process
