**What you will be working on**
- 1. Be part of the Finance team to manage the medium-term funding needs of the MOT family, as to balance between fiscal sustainability and 2. You will be part of a small team that handles the following areas: a. MOT annual budget and accounting of expenditure, including management of various funding sources b. Implementation of budget, accounting and reporting policies under SG Green Bond Framework and Significant Infrastructure Government Loan Act to major land transport projects c. Management of Government fund, including preparation of the annual financial statement d. Disbursement of funds, taking into account governance and liquidity (multi-year and within-the-year) requirements e. Advisory to SBs and HQ divisions on their budgetary, accounting needs and any other finance matters f. Finance projects and transformation initiatives 3. You will need to develop a good understanding of these aspects: a. Government accounting, budgeting and resource management policies b. Best practices for management of proceeds and reporting under green financing c. Cashflow implications of various functions and projects, in order to formulate appropriate budgets, funding and disbursement approaches
