**Job Description & Requirements**

Installation, commissioning and modification of marine switch boards and systems

Breaker calibration and testing.

Perform system and architecture design of Ship Management System (SMS).

Handling projects as requested by ship yard.

Perform software configuration management and technical documentation.

Testing and servicing of devices listed below

Gauges as well as transmitters for Temperature and pressure (VDO).

Safety devices for generators such as over current protection relays, reverse power protection relays (Omron, DEIF, and Crompton).

Panels such as engine alarm panel, fire alarm panel and bilge alarm panel.

Electrical instruments such as Voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, power factor meter & kilo wattmeter (DEIF, & selco).

Switchgears (Mitsubishi, Terasaki, Merlin gerin, & Siemens).

Testing, trouble shooting and upgrading the following panels

Diesel and shaft Generators(Caterpillar and Cummins)

Main and emergency switch boards

Generator set control panels

Fire detection system

Tank alarm system

Cranes

Navigation lights

Motors

Starters including variable drives and soft starter.

Liaise with customers, project manager and other engineering trades.

Maintain close working relationships with customer, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Experience in Site Testing and commissioning.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:Bachelor's Eletrical and Electronics Engineering

**Experience:2**+ years in semiconductor manufacturing IT, automation, AI, or a similar role preferred.
