**Overview**:
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our PayFi business unit, backed by a $30M investment to drive innovation in crypto payments. This role will oversee our stablecoin project and expand into new crypto payment solutions, leveraging our regulated exchange status and direct access to banking rails.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the strategic vision for the PayFi business, including stablecoin initiatives and crypto payment solutions.
- Leverage the company’s unique positioning to create innovative, compliant crypto payment products.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to scale the business unit.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and crypto innovations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive leadership experience in payment companies with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
- Deep understanding of payment systems, cross-border payments, and crypto payment solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in payments and crypto.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

- Leaders from top payment companies, particularly those with cross-border payment expertise.
- Experts in crypto payments who can bridge traditional finance and blockchain innovation.
