Our Client is Japanese Company providing Risk Management services. The role of an Attend Service Staff (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for providing the best customer service and also to act as an interpreter between the doctor and the patients.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Attend to patients and assist doctors with interpretation during doctor consultations.
- Enter monthly data into computer system
- Provide general administrative and operational support.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- ** Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】
- Proficient in the Japanese languages (JLPT N1/N2) in order to have smooth communication with patients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Co-operative team player with ability to multi-task with good and organization and time management skill
- Willing to be on standby and work OT (OT Payable) only when being activated or call-back to hospitals/clinics during non-working days/hours
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30

- Daily Transport allowance between home and office once convert to confirm employee
