- Working Hours**:5 days (M-F, 8 AM - 5:45 PM)**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participating and abiding by all HSSEQ policies, procedures and rules to ensure that the workplace is a safe environment and services are delivered to client’s requirements
- Maintaining HSSEQ management system documentation, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, risk assessments, statistics
- Administration and record keeping e.g. MOC, DCN, reports, audits, inspections, licences etc.
- Executing required controls mandated by the management system
- Inspecting terminal areas to ensure compliance with legislation, standards, codes of practice, guidelines, clients’ requirements and generally recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices
- Coordinates and communicates with Clients on HSEQ projects/programs/ campaigns
- Conducting and generating reports for HSSEQ internal & external audits, client assessments, authority assessments, tabletop exercises and drills. Close follow-up to complete safety actions
- Reporting and addressing any potential hazards, near misses, mini-audits, NCs and other incidents
- Planning, Developing and Delivering HSSEQ training for staff, visitors, contractors, hauliers and CERT Team
- Responding to Non-conformities, Near Misses and Accidents to provide support to Operations, CERT Team and other departments. Investigates and provide recommendations to address root causes of the non-conformities, near misses and accidents. Follow up and close incident actions promptly
- Prepare and organise Monthly HSSEQ Committee Meetings and Monthly HSSE training
- Responsible for Site Security and managing Security Agency providing 24hrs site security services

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- WAH Supervisor or Manager. Ability to work at height and climb cat ladders
- Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license
- Diploma in Engineering and Degree in Safety Health and Environment
- Degree in Engineering and WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)
- Preferably registered WSHO
- Preferably registered FSM
- Other equivalent WSH qualifications would be favourably considered i.e. Level D, NEBOSH
