**Responsibilities**:

- Drive process simplification, standardizationand automation for function and cross-functional collaboration including all activities necessary to define, measure, analyse, improve and control new and/or existing processes
- Drive regular discussions and workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of continuous improvement and kick off and support continuous improvement programmes
- Translate business requirement from transformation and process excellence initiatives to digital projects
- Serve as a change agent for transitioning stakeholders to new ways of working
- Instil continuous improvement mindset in the organization through collaboration with the key stakeholders
- Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process control changes.
- Lead project teams to align and ensure that guidelines for governance and compliance of the projects are followed
- Prepare and deliver analysis, recommendations, status updates to internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership team

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in re-engineering and change management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PMI
- Demonstrated business process improvement experience (DMAIC)
- Proven ability to accurately produce detailed process flow designs, document key metrics and perform cost/benefit analysis
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Hands on experience working with finance processes and operational experience in shared service center will be an added advantage
- Proficient in articulation and presentation skills
