The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. The Outlet Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing the outlet's staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.

Individual to be involved in: 1. Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff. 2. Set schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation. 3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. 5. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the outlet's offerings. 6. Maintain records of sales, inventory, and expenses. 7. Handle paperwork related to licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements. 8. Identify training needs and develop training programs for staff.

1. Understanding of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards. 2. Ability to manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and order supplies as needed. 3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling, cleanliness, and workplace safety. 4. Ability to monitor and control expenses, prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue. 5. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. 6. Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as setting schedules and managing payroll. 7. Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques to attract customers and increase sales. 8. Ability to ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
