Department: IT - Infrastructure and cyber security

**Scope of Work**:

- Oversee & Manage IT Infrastructure & Security Department. Ensuring IT Systems & Security operations are monitored, analyze and evaluated for performance. Working on resolution of identified degradation trends and problem areas.
- Serves as focal point for all IT Infrastructure & Security systems in the company.
- Managing overall financial budgeting, assist with IT staffing and budgeting projections for the Department.
- Monitor & review IT Operations & information security are practice appropriately. To ensure & conduct regular reviews of relevant Infrastructure & security processes/policies and manage policy/process violations.
- Provide leadership and guidance for information security governance to safeguard the digital assets and enhance the security posture of the company.
- Develops goals and strategies to ensure IT department runs smoothly and effectively
- Planning for the future infrastructure and security needs of the organization to support business objectives
- Ensuring compliances with regulatory guidelines and requirements on infrastructure and security including the management of its related risks

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Leadership role to IT Infrastructure & Security:

- To lead & manage IT Infrastructure & Security department, providing direction, guidance and overall supervision in meeting the department goals that is aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain an oversight of the Security Operation Process and Procedures and to provide guidance & direction to the team.
- Ensure & manage IT Infrastructure Services and incident resolutions, met the stipulated SLAs.
- Manage projects, priorities & planning:

- Responsible for the future planning for the IT Infrastructure and Security services that will support company’s future direction an growth
- Responsible for maintaining standards and governance of property and above property technology covering the following scope and their related technologies: Cloud Infrastructure, Server Systems, Data Center Technology and Monitoring, Virtualization, SSO, Data Connectivity, LAN Networking
- Reviewing the system configuration and implementation procedures for new initiatives.
- Guide and Liaison with Project team the technical Infrastructure implementation of Server Hardware and Server System Software for new project.
- Lead the study effort to leverage on cloud for IT Infrastructure requirement.
- Lead the Infrastructure team in managing IT Infrastructure. Planning & proposing systems/networks for integration into the current IT infrastructure.
- Managing Key Process/Documentation:

- Responsible for ensuring configuration guides, operating procedures and security configurations are updated.
- Responsible on maintaining current IT technology standards documentation (IT Hardware List, etc)
- Managing pilots and new technology requests/solutions, as well as enhancements to existing technology
- Responsible in proposing new or updated IT technology standards and provide technical advice.
- Managing external vendors, including outsourced services:

- Managing, and keeping accountable, vendors in their responsibilities, deliverables & SLAs
- To organize meetings with External IT Operations Vendors and for the SLAs performance discussion.
- Drive and establish Information Security Policy framework and ensuring Cyber Security readiness for the Company.
- Overseeing the IT Security Specialist and provide guidance to enhance the Company IT Security Framework.
- To ensure the Company vulnerability against cyber Security are being monitor and assess.

**Requirements**:

- Well-versed in IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
- Strong leadership, experienced in leading and managing a team.
