As a **Career Exploration Associate**, you’ll be part of a dynamic training program designed to provide hands-on experience in various business functions. This unique 4-phase rotational program will empower you to explore different roles, grow your skillset, and identify where your strengths shine. With each rotation, you’ll gain valuable insights and training from seasoned mentors while building a strong foundation for your career. At the end of the rotations, you’ll have the freedom to select the field where you feel most aligned, all while benefiting from salary increments at each stage.

**Rotations**:
**Compliance & Case Submission Check**
- Ensure accurate submission of case files and compliance with industry standards
- Review documentation, identify any errors or discrepancies, and manage case records
- Gain a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

**Social Media Marketing**
- Contribute to creative social media strategies and campaigns
- Learn to engage target audiences and support brand awareness goals
- Assist with content creation, analyzing engagement metrics, and refining outreach strategies

**Sales**
- Participate in client-facing sales activities to understand the fundamentals of customer engagement
- Develop essential sales techniques, from pitching to closing deals
- Learn about client needs, market demands, and effective product positioning

**Training & Development**
- Work closely with our advisory group partner, a seasoned coach with 10 years of experience, gaining first-hand insights into the art of training and coaching
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions, learning how to engage and inspire participants
- Shadow live coaching sessions, observing advanced coaching techniques and understanding different training styles

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma holders** in any field are welcome; we’re seeking curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
- Passion for self-development and exploring new fields

**What We Offer**:
