**Role Description**:
This position coordinates activities related to the company’s sales, provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office such as handling administrative tasks, service existing and new accounts and ensure customers' satisfaction and providing necessary support to sales to ensure a smooth process flow

**Specific Responsibilities**

1. Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company

2. Taking the lead in arranging resources to generate high-quality sales presentations, including slides and brochures answer clients requests, handle complaints and provide support on the after-sale stage, contribute to overall customer satisfaction by establish active communication

3. Conclude contracts for customers including the proposal, negotiation, quotation and processing order requests, to create and review sales repo

4. Engagement with sales representatives to coordinate and facilitate operational process, assist in increasing their productivity by scheduling appointments and rendering full support

5. Taking the lead in arranging resources to generate high-quality sales presentations, including slides and brochures

6. Tracking the quotas and performance, To establish and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target

**Competencies**:
1. In-depth knowledge of trends and regulations of company's product and services

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools

4. Great management skills and attention to details

5. Effective marketing strategies

6. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

**Duration of Traineeships**:6 months

**Approved Training Allowance**:Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2900
**Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship**:
Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
