Principal Bartender

- Caffe Fernet - New-Italian restaurant with a view of the Marina Bay waterfront
- Rosemead - Convivial fine dining restaurant serving modern Californian cuisine
- Oversee Bar operations and ensure sufficient staffing
- Hire, train, guide and orientate new and existing bartenders and part timers
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency
- Engage with customers to forge loyalty to the bar
- Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management
- Handle rostering, leave and other administrative matters for the bar
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

**Job Requirements**
- Have a strong interest and rich experience in crafting cocktails
- At least 5 years service experience in cocktail bar environment with 2 years of bar management
- Hospitality and people -oriented
- Converse in good English and proficient in service-language
- Team player and friendly personality
- Positive attitude
- Willing work on shift and late hours
