SAP Labs Singapore is the 21st engineering hub in the SAP Labs Network and is the newest digital innovation hub at SAP that will drive product leadership, foster the best digital talent, and boost ecosystem and community engagement.

This Lab will work on leading technology areas, including SAP S/4 Cloud, Sustainability, SAP Business Network, AI/Machine Learning, and Cloud operations to serve businesses globally through an accelerated focus on product leadership.

**Your future team**

Based in SAP Labs Singapore, but part of a global product engineering team based in multiple locations around the world, you have the opportunity to work with the market leading portfolio of S/4HANA asset management teams. As a global team you will have the opportunity to work in close cooperation with development teams in multiple locations.

**Purpose and objectives**

As Product Specialist, you will be part of Product Engineering, organized in a Regional Knowledge Hub. You will help define goals, create, and test models, and drive innovation in close collaboration and partnership with other researchers and engineers.

**Expectations and tasks**
- Gain thought leadership by proactively shaping the future of S/4HANA Asset & Service Management
- Foster close collaboration with all members of the Asset Management community, including customers and partners, as well as SAP Development and Field
- Support the product definition process for SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions together with Product Management and development colleagues
- Support the information roll-out to APJ Customers, Partners and within SAP
- Willing to closely work with customers in both ways, roll-out and roll-in thereby driving the key customer adoptions in the APJ region
- Flexibility with accommodating diverse professional working cultures of Customers, Partners and within SAP
- Build end-to-end solution demoes/prototypes showcasing the value proposition of S/4HANA Asset & Service Management products to customers and partners.

**Educational and experience requirements**
- University degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and able to work proactively/autonomously
- Experience in EAM consulting/Presales/Product Management/Software Development.
- Understanding of SAP technologies including SAP HANA, S/4 HANA technology stack, SAP UI5/Fiori, ML/AI and the latest technology trends is preferred.
- Experience with using the Design Thinking methodology for user-centered software design is preferred.
- Experience building highly scalable, secure enterprise products/cloud products is preferred.
- English-fluent speaker: any other Asian language is a plus
