F&b Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the outlets
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house. Responding efficiently and effectively to restaurant customers' complaints
- Manage and plan shifts. Evalulate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
- Control operational expenses and find ways to reduce waste.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service expectations.
- Implement rules and regulations to maintain future restaurant operations. Develop managers and future leaders.
- To ensure that revenue targets are set consistently and achieved at all times.
- To support, advise, and manage the operation of events as required.
- Any ad-hoc job that is related to the job.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience of F&B Operational management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and software for computers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
