**Key Responsibilities**
The Senior Executive reports to Senior Manager, Apron Transformation Office. His/her will focus on workplace safety at Changi Airport’s airside operations and looking ahead to work with technology partners to introduce innovative solutions towards operations excellence.
- Strengthening Safety Culture
- Conduct staff briefing and engagement sessions that focus on strengthening the safety culture of our ramp frontline staff;
- Be up-to-date with safety incidents that occur within the SATS Apron Services and Changi Airport;
- Be involved in projects towards improving safety standards for SATS Apron
- Identify root causes of safety incidents and suggest corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with operations and SATS Safety to develop and review Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety;
- Maintain safety programs and work closely with external stakeholders such as Changi Airport Group to coordinate and align safety efforts to maintain high safety standards for Changi Airport;
- Have a keen interest in working with innovative technologies such as driverless systems, robotics and vehicle sensors for introduction to our Ground Support Equipment fleet

**Key Requirements**
- Good degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Independent and motivated problem solver, with strong critical thinking and written skills
- Able to multi-task with good operational discernment and interpersonal skills to engage key stakeholders
- Experience in airside operations and familiarity with the airfield will be advantageous
