You will be embedded with the client, which is an MNC in the tech sector.

We’re looking for a Security Technology Service Coordinator to work with the IT Deployment Engineering Security Technology team, where you will play an important part in maintaining the operational quality, compliance and performance of physical security technical solutions through communication and the creation of process, standards and controls.

Working collaboratively with security integration resources, officer staff, cross-functional IT disciplines and 3rd party trades will be necessary to achieve the goals of the position. Compliance activities include both adhering to set policies and controls while ensuring that physical security guidelines are maintained for quality and continuity in day-to-day operational activities.

**What you’ll do:
Service Management

Oversee internal and external resources that support physical security systems to ensure proper system operation and maintenance.

Maintain operational integrity of physical security systems through preventative maintenance, proactive system reporting and defined response protocols.
- Participate in the operation of Global Security Service and Support program.
- Oversee a preventative maintenance program that performs periodic testing of security systems and systematically remediates issues.
- Coordinate support efforts for system generated and/or reported system failures.
- Administer service requests through Jira for tracking and managing maintenance issues.
- Manage an inventory of security equipment for the purpose of break-fix solutions that include system control boards, cameras, card readers, intercoms and other security devices.
- Promote safety in all work activities.

Compliance Management

Enforces processes for the management and control of physical security systems to ensure compliance with the Client’s physical security standards.
- Communicates and educates broader security operations staff about physical security processes for system and operational activities.
- Participates in delivering training programs for operational guidelines, processes and procedures for end user physical security system use.
- Reviews project and service work performed to ensure that Client standards are followed.

Vendor and Resource Management

Manage third-party system integrators and security system providers.
- Assign service requests to security system integration partners for the repair and testing of access control, video surveillance, intrusion, intercom and other physical security systems and devices.
- Coordinates schedules, configures and requests vendor system access and ensures the appropriate resources are employed for service requests.

**What we’re looking for**:
The Security Technology Service Coordinator should have 4+ years of experience maintaining physical security systems, managing field technicians and overseeing and adhering to security standards. A bachelor’s degree is required for this full-time role.

**Skills**:

- Practical understanding of Lenel access control architecture, hardware and licensing structure.
- Strong technical skills related to access control, video surveillance and intrusion systems.
- Possesses basic financial understanding with experience in meeting budgetary commitments.
- Can build awareness and educational content.
- Knowledge of the use of Google Workspace tools and functionality. (e.g. Mail, Calendar Sheets, Docs, Slides and Drive)
