**Job Description:
- Plan and establish monthly and annual sales targets based on consultation with management
- Ensure that the customer service team achieves targets
- Prepare monthly sales reports, providing analysis of sales and revenue reports and making forecasts
- Furnish sales strategy on a quarterly basis
- Provide solutions to customers in the form of suitable plants and products as necessary to generate and facilitate sales
- Deliver excellent customer service and address customer complaints effectively to uphold the company’s standing and image
- Organise outlet operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Ensure that showroom and retail areas are maintained clean and tidy
- Create merchandising display, ensuring a good rotation of plants and products
- Ensure that outlet conforms with designated layout, products are adequately stocked and properly labeled with price tags
- Establish promotional displays and organize seasonal merchandise within retail spaces to boost sales
- Managing the duty roster for retail staff entails ensuring smooth scheduling and allocation of shifts
- Internally coordinating with logistics and operations to ensure seamless service fulfillment
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to conduct product training (new products)
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance and motivate personnel to perform according to their own full potential
- Developing and managing the store’s budget with a focus on minimising expenses and maximising results
- Supervise daily POS opening & closing, providing basic troubleshooting to POS machines and terminals
- Stay updated on market trends to assess the necessity for enhancements within the store
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines to promote safe working environment

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of Diploma / Degree in business/ management/ related majors
- At least 3 years of retail garden/ nursery management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Moderate level of computer literacy
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be comfortable providing training and guidance to new team members
- Able to build good relationships with all stakeholders
- 44 hours work week over 5.5 days of work, OT as required
- Required to work over some weekends and Public Holidays (Shift rotation)
