Hydroculture Nursery Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hydroculture nursery.
- Manage plant propagation and cultivation processes.
- Implement nutrient management programs for optimal plant growth.
- Monitor environmental conditions and adjust as necessary.
- Lead a team of nursery staff, providing training and support.
- Develop pest management strategies to ensure plant health.
- Collaborate with R&D to innovate new growing techniques and practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in nursery management or hydroponics
- Strong understanding of hydroculture systems and plant biology
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with pest management and plant health monitoring
- A collaborative team player who is organised and motivated
